"La entrada se hace 2h después de lo que viene reflejado aquí, no hay nadie en recepción desde las 3 a las 5 de la tarde, teníamos una habitación con cama de matrimonio y nos dieron 2 camas individuales, sin aire acondicionado en la habitación, no tenían reflejada la reserva y por suerte habia una habitación disponible, sino nos tendríamos que haber buscado otro hotel, porque segun ellos solo trabajan con booking y no conocen esto de Hotels.... "For me it would have been a 5 star hote. If they fix the shower head. The first room we got it was broken. For me it is important because we are doing the Camino and for me a bath is too hard to slower. They were nice and changed my room. The other incident someone open our room - 9:00 pm. Me and my husband were sleeping; that was concerning for me."
