"The hotel is located right in the heart of Bilbao on a large crossroads, making easy access to attractions and the Guggenheim museum. "Alberto (employee) changed the package I was promised by one of the hotel employees (that quit her job by the time we arrived) and instead of having a prepared package like promised by her, he just said no it’s not possible that she gave you this.
