We were very disappointed in the restaurants…sat at a table for a significant amount of time and no staff approached us so we went to the main restaurant but felt the same and were afraid to order meals and be disappointed so we left and ate outside the hotel."

"Staff were very attentive. The room was large & the chaise lounge was & beautiful addition. As for the bathroom the tiles nice touch not the standard. The colours of the hotel was not the standard beige which was good. For a city break I would stay again but when the weather is better as I'd like to use the roof terrace. "

"I was amazed all the staff in the restaurant focused the customer service, very attentive and efficient. The food is amazing, breakfast was very nice. I have noticed it is bit salty for some food, other than that perfect to stay."

"This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with....
