"This is a "hip" style property. You can control the room from an ipad or use the app. You can check-in from a computer screen. I had trouble figuring out how to turn individual lights on and off but I did like the color of the lights functionality and the ability to open and close the blackout curtains. "The front desk staff and concierge were very nice, helpful and quick. We stayed 3 nights and each morning, the cleaning of our room declined greatly daily. The 3rd day we were left with dirty dishes left, no refill of toiletries and less towels than two people need. Our room overlooked the water and we really liked our room excluding the decline of cleaning quality."
