"We stayed here for 1 night and could not fault it. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The meal we had at the restaurant was 10/10, excellent presentation and so tasty. Erinn particularly gave excellent customer service, was warm and genuinely friendly and a real credit to the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is near the town and is dog friendly which is one of the reasons we chose it. We are so glad we booked here and would highly recommend and would most certainly stay again next time we’re in Stornoway. Thank you and keep up the amazing work."

"Very friendly owner and staff. Plentiful on-street parking and only ten minutes walk from town centre with its shops, restaurants and pubs. Convenient to walk to the castle and its grounds.
