"A nice hotel with good amenities. Clean and everything in good working order throughout the hotel. Room on 9th floor with city view, food at hotel was good and reception staff prompt and polite. I did find it odd that on the two occasions I went to the bar no one was around, despite waiting a few minutes no one showed. So I opted for drinks outside the hotel. But would stay again and would recommend."

"This was a great stay near the airport and cruise port. Booked a queen and two bunk beds room for 3 adults for one night. The staff was friendly and the restaurant food was good. There is also restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walking distance. I would stay here again. No complaints."

"The greeting and staff were great, we were tired and the young lady made sure I had a bathtub to soak in after shopping all day. Interesting location and odd to approach and depart from but I guess that’s geographic. Nice breakfast and clean room. Perfect for a quickie layover."

"The hotel location is really amazing and interesting , especially it's in the old port wich was built by the famous architect Renzo Piano if i'm not mistaken..and one more things it's a walking distance from the historic city . The hotel is surrounded by attractive and interested places to visit (the amazing ship , the aquarium and more). My room was a big one with a terrace, the view is really amazing direct to marina..clean and safe place For sure if i planned to visit genoa again i will...

The hotel has a lovely old world charm, which includes a working art deco lift. The location is excellent, right on the waterfront and only 5mins walk from the train station in Rapallo."
