« The gently "green" philosophy is appreciated, but the rate charged is borderline outrageous considering the quality of the room (the one my family and I stayed in). Granted, the hotel’s location is fantastic, but the room was small, without a TV, dark, bare — almost monastic… In short, sad and with no view… and all that for nearly €1,000. A big disappointment for us. »

« Nous sommes arrivé en fin de journée et avons pu admirer un magnifique coucher de soleil sur l'océan. La vue de notre chambre était superbe. La chambre très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien. Accès direct à l'océan en descendant quelques marches. Par contre le personnel n'est pas très friendly, un peu froid. C'est dommage, car le lieu est juste incroyable. »

« We’ve stayed at several properties in the Greenport area and this was our first time at Silver Sands; we loved it! The rooms were updated, clean and cute. The beach access was a huge plus, as well as on site restaurants. They don’t charge for parking (as some hotels nearby are starting to do) and the location is central to Greenport Village and the wineries. We went for an anniversary trip and stayed in the motel section but would definitely come back with the kids and try out the bungalows!...

« Great property!! We had a private pool, hot tub, little eating area outside with a hammock, and a small kitchen upstairs. The space was perfect for me and my friends for a weekend getaway. It’s close to several wineries as well. Andrew is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!! »
