We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. I was traveling with 4 other adults and two children, and this was a very spacious and nicely appointed apartment with kitchen, dining area, and two separate sleeping areas (one in the living room and a separate bedroom).
