« Accueil 5 étoiles à la réception, boisson d'accueil et personnel aux petits soins. Le lobby est magnifique et les bouquets de fleurs sublimes. De nombreux salons permettent d'attendre le chauffeur de l'hôtel ou le sien confortablement. Le petit-déjeuner est fastueux. La salle de bains est grande et très luxueuse. Il ne manque qu'un spa mais le concierge m'a réservé un soin dans l'hôtel situé à 200 mètres. »

"L’accueil catastrophique j’ai attendu 20 min pour avoir une personne, la qualité du personnel est très mauvaise aucun sourire personne pour aider. Ensuite la musique tous les soirs jusqu’à minuit une catastrophe. Je suis arrivé autour de 19h demandant si possible d’avoir un service de repassage pour le soir même et lendemain matin la réponse a été négative. Bref n’y allez pas !!! "
