Es war sehr schön hier Gast gewesen zu sein. Das gesamte Personal war immer ansprechbar und sehr bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste schnell und perfekt umzusetzen. Das Essen war sehr gut zubereitet. Am Abend gab es drei Menüs zur Auswahl. Und mehrere leckere Nachspeisen. Die Getränkepreise sind Ok. Die Pools sind alle sehr sauber, wie auch das gesamte Umfeld und die Wellnessbereiche. Schon bei der Ankunft hat uns die harmonische und schöne Atmosphäre begeistert. Das Zimmer war genauso wie auf den Bildern – was ja leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Hier konnte ich nur sagen: Wow! Alles war stimmig, sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Celý pobyt byl úžasný, jídlo a personál na jedničku. Jediné co bychom trochu zlepšili je teplota v dětské herně, ale chápeme, že to není jednoduché.
