« Such a beautiful hotel in an amazing location! The hotel and rooms itself were stunning and very clean. You should definitely try the restaurant as well, the food was delicious. Everyone working there that we met were so friendly as well and really made our stay. « We stayed 7 nights and it was first in this hotel in Bad Gastein. Very professional and helpful staff in reception with good advices on sightseeing, dining and travelling. We were pleased with kitchen facilities, that we used mainly for breakfast and for finishing a day with a glass of wine. The spa was excellent, after 15-20 km hike it was such a pleasure to relax in saunas. The hotel had a transfer that we used upon leaving which was convenient with heavy luggage. « Sehr angenehmes gut durchdachtes und herzliches Hotel. Es war sehr schön hier Gast gewesen zu sein. Das gesamte Personal war immer ansprechbar und sehr bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste schnell und perfekt umzusetzen. Das Essen war sehr gut zubereitet. Am Abend gab es drei Menüs zur Auswahl. « The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the main hotel (spa), were great. »

« Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, und dass obwohl das Hotel am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen hat! Essen war auch gut. Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe obwohl mitten in der Innenstadt. Therme ist super. »

« Hotel a oblast jsme si vybrali s dětmi 4 a 5 let kvůli wellness a herně ve spojení s možností lyžování. Celý pobyt byl úžasný, jídlo a personál na jedničku. Jediné co bychom trochu zlepšili je teplota v dětské herně, ale chápeme, že to není jednoduché. Velmi děkujeme za krásné prostředí ve kterém jsme mohli ztrávit Vánoce. »

« We were two families sharing a wonderful appartement with four doublerooms. The facilities were great, we slept good in nice beds, easy to cook, the sauna was nice, skibus just outside and the balcony had a fantastic view. »
