"Food was really good amd has lots of choices but for some reason, warm food menu was cold and undercooked on my last 2 days of stay. There is laundry, free water (water dispenser), really small fridge inside room, and has no air conditioning (heater only). Hotel is close to Bologna Centrale (train ststion). Staff were good and addressed any concerns or answered politely to any questions. We initially had troubles with shower pressure and was resolved within the day of complaint."

Not sure if it was the elevator or a generator somewhere in the building. It was not enough to bother me, as I sleep very deeply. Restaurant was good and overall experience was pleasant.
