« The hotel's website said there was "self parking" available. What this means is that you pay $30 per night at a lot across the street from the hotel. The infuriated me. In addition, there was NOTHING in the room about guest services, checkout time, room service, menu for the on-site restaurant, not a shred of information about restaurants or other places to visit nearby. That is useful information to me. It almost felt like the hotel was run by robots. »

« Had high expectations for this stay, first the good, staff, and I mean the single concierge on property was very kind, helpful and super courteous.
