« Property managers never returned calls. Never returned messages or provided check-in instructions. When we arrived at night with my son, they still did not answer and then, after 25 calls, they answered and said it was canceled that morning. We booked one month out and we were confirmed. I travel all the time. Worst experience of my life with any business, especially a “hospitality” business. »

Finally called upon arrival, was told they had to confirm my reservation and would call back, after waiting an hour, called 3x no answer, eventually spoke to someone else who said property was double booked and offered a different stay in a different location and smaller, not willing to do reasonable refund. Surprisely, when we asked about refund, property owner refused to give us any refund of 5 nights mentioning that "why we missed to contact them 72...

I have written proof of all this, and then he blocked me from communications. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I was there for a convention with no rental car. All places were booked. I was left STRANDED. I had to book a place near the airport and rent a car. It cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money I lost...
