« Nous avions choisi cet hotel, aux tarifs élevés pour la Bulgarie, pour 2 raisons. Tout d'abord pour ses 2 piscines : or la piscine intérieure était fermée et pour celle en extérieur, les cours donnés aux enfants de la ville se succèdent toute la journée jusque tardivement, ce qui la rend inutilisable pour les clients de l'hôtel... Et quand la voie est enfin libre, la couleur de l'eau est si jaunâtre que l'envie vous passe d'y mettre un pied. Les nombreuses fontaines de la ville sont d'ailleurs...
