"My husband and I travel internationally often and not are easily impressed. This boutique hotel is lovely, charming and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful! The front desk staff was friendly & helpful - thank you, Roberto, Francesca and Monica!!! We’ve got a traffic ticket and they helped us to deal with that. "The Wifi not working the whole time. Front desk reset the modem still not working. Find your own street parking. We got the room that hide behind with no view. Our deck was under an outside stairs. Its a share deck. Have to walk to someone else deck to get a view. Shower head won’t stay up keep fall down. Asked front desk for hiking suggestion, not quite helpful, his English is limited, the area was outside the map he has. Breakfast was just average…overall, this hotel has an old and cheap...

"We didnt choose a great time of year to come as the snow was running out but this hotel has to be the best in town. Rooms are great where the neighboring doors dont slam. Great spa, restaurant, and shuttles to the lift. The best part had to be the staff. Each of them were truly amazing. "

"Our stay was amazing, the service was excellent as well as the spa facilities . Food was superb and Christina gave us a great service at the restaurant . The chef Joseph is a master ! The only thins that can be improved (1) to heat the jacuzzi in the indoor pool as it’s too cold (2) to add weights of 2 or 3 k at the gym (which was also great )"

"An absolutely fantastic, family-run hotel where we were made to feel very welcome and looked after. Superb restaurant (we ate there every night) with local dishes and ingredients and hearty but healthy breakfasts. The pool, sauna and spa were just wonderful and the mountain scenery made the whole experience feel like a complete rest cure. Can’t recommend highly enough. The only tiny niggle would be that we would have appreciated air conditioning but it wasn’t a huge issue. "
