"The staff when we checked in was so nice and tried her best to help us since we arrived so early, the only thing that i am not satisfied was their buffet breakfast, not enough variety of food to choose from.and we need to ask the staff for refill and it took time for the cook to arrive to cook our omelet and waffle but otherwise the.location and facility is superb"

"Beautiful grand old hotel. Each room is well appointed. Oana at the front desk is so helpful and funny! She took care of special requests and was totally reliable. Doina who managed the breakfast buffet was friendly warm and kind. Will definitely stay there again!"

"Accommodation was nice, could have been more attention to the cleaning of the bathroom but overall a decent room. Great location to a lively strip and places like the Van Gogh Cafe. Reasonable distance to the Therme in an Uber :-)"

"We had a great stay, the room was big with comfy beds and clean. The bathroom could have done with a shower screen or curtain as the floor got fairly wet after a shower, unless you aimed the shower head towards the wall. The shower was very nice though. Breakfast was good and served for a long time in the morning. "

"The hotel is pretty old, but the room was big enough and clean. The Spa is really nice, all amenities needed for a good relaxation. The breakfast and dishes from the restaurant were pretty good. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel also has free parking."
