"The communication was terrible. I sent two messages on Hotels.com the morning prior arrival and never get any answer. We arrived at 17 at the flat and when I called the host he said he would be here "in a minute". We waited 45 mn. Not a nice experience after hours of driving. Then an hostesd came and checked in us in 5mn without even apologize. A part of that the flat is well located, 5 mn from a great beach and 15mn from the "center". "This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"The hotel is in a great location, next to the beach and a lovely walk to Tucepi and Podgora. The staff are pretty miserable in the pool bar except for Eva, she was lovely. We are vegetarians and there is not proper labelling so you could be eating anything, not good enough in this day and age. The food is average and barely warm. There is also very little entertainment. Overall it's in a great location but i'd try a different hotel or apartment next time."
