"The location is excellent, just a 5 mins walk to the central train station and shopping district. Staff are friendly and polite. However during our stay, our one bedroom apartment TV was spoilt on the 2nd day. Informed the staff and they cannot solve the problem, so left us with no entertainment at all throughout our stay for the next 4 days. "

"We love this hotel. It is in a great location that is walking distance to so many Rotterdam landmarks. The room was very clean, the people were incredibly friendly and Nulo who runs the restaurant on the 5th floor was great! He made a fantastic cappuccino and was very helpful. "

"Pros: Close to the train station. Cons: My room had a terrible view. I requested a good view but unfortunately I did not get that. The hotel was quite expensive for what it had to offer. It doesn't even include a free breakfast. It cost an extra 15 Euro."

"Very clean, modern hotel which is very good value if you don't mind the absence of a wardrobe or the loudish, non-controllable aircon. The location is convenient and the price is low for Utrecht. It's right next to a station and a tram route and 5 minutes walk from the edge of the old town. The sound of the aircon bothered me but my wife didn't notice so I suppose it depends on your tolerance to background noise. It would have been nice to be able to turn it down or off but there are no controls...

"What a lovely little Rotterdam secret! This hotel is run by the third generation of family, and they pay attention…. to you. Hospitable and warm, it is clean quiet and centrally located in walking distance to everything! The smell of fresh baked croissants in the morning and their lovely breakfast are the way each day starts in this pleasant hotel. Excellent value!"

"Great place to stay! They had a washer and dryer. Inly cost about $6.00 for a load to wash and dry plus they provide the soap. "

"Checkin experience was good. Breakfast experience was good. Unfortunately I was woken at 4 AM by the alarm on my door lock. It was incessant and didn’t stop until the battery died. Nobody was around to assist. I complained on checkout but no member off management team has reached out since."

"The place is near the tram. The room is huge and there’s kitchen with microwave and water boiler and even a coffee maker. Will stay again next time in different cities. We tried the one in Amsterdam too and it was equally great! "

"Staff very friendly, great location to the main railway station, bed comfy, shower very good. Unique hotel inside. Room is basic, no television or kettle etc. Marks/damage on the walls of the room. It was ideal for me and I would stay in this hotel again as I was only using it as a base to sleep, but if you want a bit more luxury/home comforts this isnt the hotel for you. "
