"Phenomenal!!!!! 10 out of 5 stars! The hotel was very clean. All facilities and amenities were top notch, and the staff were incredible. Ashely at the front desk was the absolute best and made our stay so nice. Everyone was helpful and we were very well taken care of. I’m just so happy I stayed here, 1000% recommend!!!! The cooked-to-order breakfast was very good, they had plenty of coffee in the room, the air conditioner got cold, and they had plenty of snacks, drinks and alcohol to purchase for reasonable prices. They even had TV dinners late at night if needed. I just can’t say enough about this hotel. Fantastic."

"I never stayed there. With the special that was going on, the price was around $45 which was great until I got there and realized that there was a $150 deposit required, which I could not do. So a U.S. Veteran right before memorial day weekend got to spend the night in his car instead. Happy memorial day weekend to me. On top of that, the person at the front desk told me specifically that it was cancelled and the money would be back in my account that night because he said it hadn't been processed yet. Well that was a lie because I still don't have the money back from it and neither the holet nor hotels.com will answer my calls or emails, so once again happy memorial day weekend to a United States Army Veteran. I know it's not a lot of money, but a little goes a long way for a lot of people these days. God bless America"
