"The room and stay was fine. The staff on the other hand, the attitude off a few was not very friendly. It was like pulling teeth to get answers to simple questions. Also, I booked my room at night due to some personal matters, and was unable to check in because no one was available at the reception desk - something I am definitely not used to. So I had to find another hotel to stay in which meant I had to pay again. They allowed me to stay for the nights I booked but I did not need to stay an extra night. They would not refund me and I could not refund on expedia because the check-in time had passed. Wasted money. I suggest giving guests the option to pay when they arrive if staff isn't available around the clock. That way, I could have avoided paying more than I intended to. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. "

"The receptionist was so welcoming and assisted us with breakfast when we couldn’t be there on time. Big up the chef for his delicious food, my child loves his fish in coconut milk and eggs 👍. Our room was generally clean and the environment as well together with, the fridge, microwave and Cable TV was in proper working condition. I would definitely recommend staying a night or two. "

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. The 2nd bedroom beds were not as comfortable though because the mattress was kind of hard. The shower from the master bedroom was faulty because the water wouldn't go all the way up to the actual showerhead and it was uncomfortable to shower from that bathroom. "

"Great stay overall! The room was clean with plenty of storage, and the gated property made me feel very safe. Common areas were also well maintained. The food was excellent with authentic local flavour—my breakfast of bake and smoked herring was a generous portion, and the rice, dhal, and stew chicken for lunch was delicious. What really made the stay outstanding was the staff—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Special thanks to Neil, Vikash, and Sebastian for their exceptional service. Just a note: the airport shuttle and brewed coffee come at an extra cost, which wasn’t clearly stated at booking. It would be helpful if this is updated to avoid surprises. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!"
