"I didn't get what I expected in booking a deluxe king room. The air condition didn't work, the TV didn't work, cupboards were broken, there was no mini bar stock in the fridge, no tea/coffee supplies, only the kettle. We were moved to a standard room and still the air con didn't work. The towels were not replenish the whole time we were there."

"Great little hotel away from all the hustle and bustle of town. Daily buffet breakfast at Little Italy was fulfilling. Boys enjoyed swimming in the pool to cool down after a day of sightseeing. Regular house keeping by our lovely hosts. Rooms have everything you need to accomodate your stay including AC!!! Free wifi was an added bonus. Thank you Tropical Villa for making our stay mesmerising."

"This was a last minute booking made when our preferred booking was cancelled, after being confirmed more than three months earlier, apparently due to overbooking??? On arrival, the toilet was broken and dirty. The room wasn't secure as a window locking mechanism was broken. And, for most of our stay the internet wasn't available. "Winnie's B&B was a perfect place to stay in Nuku'alofa, Tonga. It was extremely well kept, laundry was done as a kind gesture, and the breakfast was a great start to the day. The family who lives there is very friendly and fun to talk to. The accommodation is quite close to the town center but far enough out for some quiet. The landscaping, plants, decorations, lighting, and mini waterfalls at night were also a really nice touch. Thank you! "
