"The hotel was clean. The check in process was horrible. Our reservation could not be found, then there were issues running a card for incidentals (despite pre-paying online). After waiting 45 minutes, we finally left to get dinner and came back later to check in. There was only 1 staff member on duty and probably 8 people waiting to check in. No one else was able to solve the problem."

"They didn't clean the pool once during our 11day stay during spring break. You would think they would clean it more often to get ready for their visitors but no. The water was dark green by the time we left. By day 3 my kids came out the water with bad allergies, rashes and itchy skin. Just nasty. The room came w/6 towels but when to give them to the cleaners they only gave us 3 for a family of 6. At least give me what the room came w/back. I asked for an extra pillow and blanket for the pull out couch 4 times! I got NOTHING. I ended up buying some from the Ollie's down the street. The fat old white receptionist was always on our butts about the pool towels even though we never left the pool with them. But would let others take them to their room. Buddy kept asking me if we had a room there and when I asked to get a refund and leave early he said he couldn't do that. The man is useless. The cleaners were cool, the food was good. They kept up with the coffee and tea we kept drinking. Oh and don't ask for the entire bed sheets and comforters to get cleaned up, they'll only return the sheets and say they all of a sudden don't have enough thick comforters. And we were there for 11days. They didn't replace toilet paper nore the bathing soaps. They couldn't find the comforters we sent to get cleaned and didn't give us the brown blankets to replace them either. Never again, don't waist your time with this place. "

"The staff were nice and the hotel was very clean. We needed extra towels and sheets and there were very accommodating. The gym was pretty common to what I see in most hotels, a few cardio machines, but not much in the way of weights and it was overly warm. One area they can improve is the breakfast. The breakfast area is really large, which is great. But they spread everything out into like 4 areas, so you have to search a bit for what you want. There was only one person we saw working the area and they just couldn't keep up (they were working hard, just too much ground to cover). They ran out of spoons twice, the apple juice ran out, the eggs were empty for a while, etc. It's a really nice hotel, so I'd expect the breakfast to match the rest of the place. "

"Room was dirty the entire hotel gave you a dirty feel if you look closely most things were not cleaned rugs not vacuumed and hallways. Tile floor is not detailed cleaned, etc.."

"Hotel smelled terrible in the hallways and made its way into the rooms. Booked hotel for indoor pool and it was closed. Staff would not change our room or offer a refund. Don’t waste your money. "
