« Our room was definitely updated and clean. This motel/hotel appears to be under new management. The parking lot is full of potholes, and the breakfast room too small. The permanently manned reception kiosk is situated in the breakfast room and makes one wonder if someone is listening to your conversation. Having said all this, it is apparent that this establishment is slowly being improved. Henderson is in dire need of a decent hotel and I hope this one succeeds. »

« My tv didn’t work. The room didn’t even have the right remote controls. They spent a few hours working on it. The staff said it was an ongoing problem. Why did Marriott pay big money for such high end tvs , when they could have spent $200 or less at Walmart for a Vizio that works. Very disappointed, as I need the tv for white noise. Therefore, I didn’t sleep. Not a happy customer. With that being said…the staff was amazing! »

« I loved the large balcony overlooking the river. It’s basically why I went there. The staff members I encountered were helpful and pleasant. Parking was a breeze. The grounds of the hotel are very nice and well maintained. Nice outdoor eating/seating.
I will definitely be back. »
