"This Courtyard is located halfway on our trip to visit family in Michigan, therefore, it’s a great place for us to overnight on our why. We have stayed at this Courtyard at least 12 times over the last 8 years and each time the experience has been great. The service is quick and efficient, the rooms are always spotless and access to the highway is simple, but lacks the road noise commonly found at locations so close to the interstate. "I booked with you and I have already left, however I am very upset with how the house was left to us. The house was NOT clean, there were dishes in the sink, the floor was filthy, the master bed was NOT cleaned (I got bad rashes and hives from sleeping on it from the first night). the pots and pans were NEVER washed, I scrubbed them for 30 minutes to get them clean, your dishwasher didn't work at all, you left us NO trash bags or paper towels, there was NO toiletries or dish soap to run the...
