"Very nice hotel, we paid a bit extra and stayed on the 4th floor, a lovely view of the ocean over the tops of nearby buildings, and a very very clean hotel, Michelle and Ashley were the most friendly and helpful registration / front desk attendants I've met, we rented and rode around on the electric bikes, right there next to the front lobby, SO Convenient !!! "Upon checking in, the staff person insisted on seeing passports for both of us even though the reservation was in my name and I submitted mine. My roommate did not bring her passport. The staff person was insistent and rude. Finally, when I said I wanted a refund, she relented and allowed us to register. If this is a requirement they should state it clearly on their website and through Expedia."
