"Very friendly and helpful service, convenient location. The bed in my room was very uncomfortable and there was a lot of street noise, but I asked to switch rooms for the second night and though the room was smaller it was much quieter and the bed was very comfortable. Basic furniture and breakfast, motion-sensitive lights didn’t always work, but worth the very reasonable price."

"The staff at the front desk were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the rooms warm and the water hot. The location can not be better, walking distance to Plaza de Armas. "We stayed here for five days. The breakfast each morning was probably my favorite part. I loved the fresh fruit and drink options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were spacious and kept clean. Also there was a shower door that closed! I was sad to leave. We had a great stay."

"Sadly very over priced and a disappointing experience. Cons: The rooms are low quality construction. Bathroom doors are plywood with no handles. Little to no insulation and no heating for very cold nights. Door ways are low and bedding whilst clean is cheap and very heavy. Our evening meal was inedible.
