"The hotel is what we paid for. Basic and adequate and close to the airport. Not in a great area but not too bad either. Room wasn’t very clean, specifically the shower "

"The hotel is centrally located in downtown Sao Paulo. There are many dining options. Rooms need to be updated. During our stay we had to go down to the reception to have the electronic key reprogrammed as they constantly stopped working which was an inconvenient. AC in the room was great. They offer breakfast buffet and restaurant is open for lunch and dinner as well. I suggest placing cards on the dishes to know what you are selecting from the buffet. "

"Exceptionally convenient hotel for early morning flight returning to Sydney. Comfortable, spacious room with view of airport. No airport noise in the room. Excellent service providing shuttle at 2:30am and free takeaway breakfast. 100% recommendation"

"smooth check in. varied & good breakfast. comfortable pillow and bed. spacious room. strong shower.location is quite a walk to metro. however it's closer to bus stop instead (i.e.foreigner need cash to pay. the bus can provide change. no transfer ticket)."

"Escolhemos um quarto superior mas não tinha nada melhor do que o standard! A TV na lateral das camas e não na frente, mto difícil para assistir! A parte hidráulica do hotel é péssima, chuveiro caindo meia dúzia de pingos, torneira vazando água direto, dentro e em cima da pia! Nossa estadia foi mto ruim, uma pena pois nós obriga a procurar outro hotel!"
