« Enjoyed a 2 nite stay here while attending CATF theatre festival in Shepherdstown. Enjoyed the outdoor hottub after biking on C&O Canal towpath, and fantastic country breakfasts. Views to the west over Antietam battlefields are spectacular! Hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming, including the talking parrot! »

« The property location was perfect in the hills of West Virginia we had a great time at nearby Berkeley Springs went to Harpers Ferry but parking was non-existent and you had to ride a bus to get there which we didn't feel like we should do with covid concerns. »

« To stay the only thing that they didn’t have was a barbecue grill outside of the house, which I thought in the description there was one, but other than that, everything was great »

« We wanted a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We like Hedgesville’s proximity to Berkeley Springs, Harpers Ferry and Winchester, VA. Hedgesville itself doesn’t have a lot going on - a few independent restaurants & shops, a Martin’s grocery store. If you’re looking for Walmart or chain restaurants, there are plenty in nearby Martinsburg. This visit for us, though, was all about staying in and enjoying the woods around us.
