"Theres no Hot Tub that I saw. The shower was amazing but there could have been brighter lights in the bathroom and the room. It was not really bright. The bed was also comfortable. I would stay there again. "

"Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Bar area could have been a little bigger and out of site of some younger folks who don’t need to be subjected to adults par taking in cocktails. Too cold to enjoy anything outside on my stay. "

"I've stayed here before and overall I can't complain. The carpet in the room was frayed however on the edging where it went to the kitchen area. I was suprised by that. Staff was friendly overall. Bar staff drink making skills were quite different from bartender to bartender. One young man who has been there for a while was quite good but then the young lady making drinks later, not so much. She didnt seem to care as much as was just putting stuff in, not really caring about the drink itself. "

"The location was great, just a quick walk to the convention center and restaurants. The hotel was good but they didn’t provide the daily housekeeping service as promised in writing at check-in. We returned to an untouched room 4 out of 5 days requiring follow up with the front desk. A couple times the housekeeping staff was already gone for the day. This was irritating, especially considering the high cost of the room. However the beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was great. A comfortable side chair would have been nice. Overall, a good hotel experience."

"Staff is pleasant and rooms as pictured, shuttle is easy....But BEWARE! We utilized Sonesta's paid parking program while we traveled. This location has NO CAMERAS, our vehicle was vandalized, broken into and personal items stolen. Also insufficient lighting and no security personnel. Even though the hotel takes all your information, they never even let us know what happened when we checked in. Police were called at some point, incident report created and window was taped up. No hotel apologies. Stay/Park/Fly is a great program, just choose another hotel!"
