"They were trying but the towels were thin, scratchy, and grey. The bedding was pilled. We were told there would be an electric kettle but none was provided. The A/C worked well. No instructions were given regarding procuring breakfast. We had to ask for the wifi password. There was hot water but not when we wanted to shower. The balcony was nice and the noise wasn't bad. Both nights they knocked on the door twice after we told them we did not want to be disturbed. A "do not disturb " sign would...

Do what ever you want just let the guest before hand or cancel the reservation. Seems fraudulent business. Expedia should review this property. "
