"Friendly, accomodating staff and room was a good size. We had a small issue with our initial room but they kindly switched rooms for us right away no problem. Lovely to have shampoo and conditioner provided in shower. Towels and bed linens clean. Breakfast was also enjoyable and location in Bariloche is fantastic. All in all a great stay"
