« Our experience at this hotel was horrible. We check into your hotel around 4:00 Saturday. Almost immediately we heard loud talking coming from the room adjacent to us. This talking then elevated to screaming including profanity. At that time, I made a call to the front desk They did send a staff member up, but after the staff visited loud music and loud talking was heard coming from the room. At this point, I went down to the front desk and complained. Keep in mind this is all occurred...
