« Stayed at the property for 3 days. Overall I would say it was positive experience. The room was clean but had a few mosquitos on first day but the staff took care of it the second day. The bathroom could have been better but for some reason the tile work makes it look worse. The breakfast was good and had lots of options but it became repetitive everyday. The morning menu was same everyday. The staff at restaurant was not trained well and we had to request multiple times for same item before...

« Most worst experience. Staff was super rude and arrogant. Room was dirty and not ready till late evening. Please don’t visit. »

« The hotel was closed and no information provided about it. They shifted to another hotel and that was also not good but AC is okay. Rooms were not clean and bed sheets, pillows were so poorly maintained and smelly too. Location is also not good for family and lift only works in the mornings only and refrigerator doesn’t work at all. »
