This thoughtfully furnished 3-bedroom home offers 968 sq ft of efficient living space with everything you need for a weekend visit, extended work assignment or family stay.



The bright living room gives everyone a comfortable place to gather, with plenty of seating, a Smart TV and an open connection to the dining area and kitchen. Large windows bring in natural light while the home's simple, modern design keeps the space relaxed and inviting.



KITCHEN + DINING



The fully equipped kitchen makes staying in easy, whether you're making morning coffee or cooking dinner for the group. The adjacent dining area provides a dedicated place for meals, games or catching up on work.

Three private bedrooms give families, coworkers and groups space to spread out and recharge. Comfortable beds, fresh linens and practical storage make the home especially well suited for stays longer than just a night or two.



OUTDOOR SPACE



Step outside to a large private lot with approximately 8,400 sq ft of outdoor space. In the evening, gather around the firepit under the string lights for one of the best spots in the house.



ATTACHED GARAGE + PARKING



A private attached garage is a major convenience—especially during Ohio winters. Pull in, unload and skip the morning windshield scraping. Additional driveway parking makes arriving with multiple vehicles easy.

Guests will have full exclusive access to the house, garage, and yard.

Langfield sits in a quiet, established residential pocket on Columbus's southeast side, the kind of street where neighbors wave and kids play outside. Tree-lined and peaceful, it's a solid home base whether you're here for a week or a month



Getting Around:

Centrally located on the southeast side of Columbus, you're minutes from I-270, downtown Columbus, Easton Town Center, and a short drive to Nationwide Arena, COSI, and the Short North Arts District. Whether you're catching a Blue Jackets game or exploring Columbus's thriving food scene, you're well-positioned for it all.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
