First room was on the top floor and was so bad and smoking was clearly done here that we moved.. 2nd no much better but you know what I would not even let rats stay here!! Dirty, mouldy.. no tea/coffee even if there was I would avoid.. no house keeping, no smoking yet smelt so bad of smoke! Bed was stained to high heaven .. funky substance on the wall … HOTELS.COM SHOULD BE ASHAMED in putting there name to this!! AVOID they should be closed down! If I could load more...

"Hotel was disgusting, had no tv, no heating just a plug in heater, there was loads of hair all over the bedding from other people just overall was disgusting "

"Die fotos müssem aus einem anderen hostel sein. Bett durchgelegen, bettzeug nicht zusammenpassend. WC dreckig, überquellender müll mit binden etc, aber neues tpiöettenpapier gab es. Da bekommem sogar pickel pickel und in der dusche bekommt der Fußpilz Herpes."

"Great location right down the road from Victoria station and friendly staff who allowed us to check in early as our room was ready. The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom facilities. The breakfast was minimal in what was left at 9 am, with breakfast finishing at 10 am."
