« Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and basketball court were perfect for the kids. Rooms are perfect with them each having their own bath. Wish they had a few more dishes and pots and pans considering how many people the house can fit but that’s a small thing. Only other minor complaint would be the water pressure in the kitchen sink and bathroom showers is low so be prepared for that. Close to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park if you’re in town for any of those things....

« Everything about the Meadowlark deserves a top tier rating! From the moment you walk into the lobby, Austin makes you feel at home. The inn is so clean and well-decorated. The rooms are lovely and you can’t beat the property. Not only is it beautiful, it is set up to spend time outside in nice weather. And as all the other reviews have started, breakfast was just wonderful. We stayed while visiting Cooperstown for the first time and just fell in love with everything. We can’t wait to come back...

« It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games...
