"The room was in good condition with cleanliness. However, there were 4 of us and only two towels and no conditioner. Also, we arrived to hotel around 4pm and couldn't get into room until a little after 5pm. We were given pool access while we waited."

"The staff are very kind and undertsanding, im a travel nurse that works 3pm to 3am, they let me check in early and check out late due to my work and sleep schedule. Just on that alone i will be booking my hotel stays here while i work here in Elkhart. "
