Not full refund but appreciated what we did. Triple Play Hotel needs to update to higher commodes as I almost fell in the floor as it was so short. Fine for children but not adults. "

"The hotel is new and very nice and clean. The breakfast was one of the best ones I've had a hotel. The lobby area is large with lots of tables and seating options. There is a nice outdoor seating area with a beautiful view of the mountains. The only complaint is having to pay for parking. I didn't see anything on the website about it and was told when we checked in. It was not a downtown hotel; it seemed totally unnecessary. I don't like hidden fees."
