« Very pretty spot , well looked after by staff. Room very clean, and restaurant served good food. The beach is 5 mins walk away. Nice verandah to sit out on with cane furniture. Only thing we think could improve is the bed was very hard, and more pillows would be nice. »

« I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. « High end hotel for Havelock, no wifi in the rooms, wake up call at 0810 (not pre booked) for breakfast. Pasta salad at Dinner wasnt pasta salad but pasta with vegetables in white sauce with cheese. Air con switched off at certain times, reception staff not welcoming. Kitchen staff/ front of house very good. Cleanliness excellent. »

« Cet hôtel devrait etre retiré de toutes les plateformes de réservation en ligne. En effet, l'hôtel est géré par un escroc connu dans toute l'île qui pratique volontairement l'overbooking et n'honore pas les réservations même payées d'avance. Je me suis présentée sur place et l'hôtel a nié l'existence de ma réservation et lorsque je leur ai présenté la preuve du paiement ils m'ont fait tourner en rond pendant 3h en faisant mine d'appeler leur gestionnaire des réservations, en me faisant...
