« Actually met the owner at check-in, he was short-staffed and filling for the front desk clerk on break. He bought the motel from Quality last year, and has been making great strides to update and improve the property. New paint, new carpet, and an entirely new bathroom. (New tile, vanity, mirror, paint, etc. The bed feels pretty new as well. « Beautiful sunsets. Wonderful area to kayak. Place was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Pet friendly was a plus for us! Only issue with location is down the street of a shooting range. Shooting range was only noisy for the first night and did not disturb us the rest of our stay. « This is a beautiful, new property, in a very quiet area on the lake. It sits back in a cove so there’s no boat traffic out front. We rented a pontoon boat while there and were able to park it at the dock. The house is supplied with everything you’ll need for your stay. We hosted a dinner for family at the house one night and we had everything in the kitchen that we needed to cook. I was able to book the house for the exact nights I needed.
