« The hotel and grounds were lovely and clean. The breakfast was great and lots of choice. Rooms ideal as there was a large TV, fridge and microwave (also air con) Housekeeping every day and all the staff were lovely. The only downside for me was the location as about 6 miles to the city. You either have to drive or be prepared to pay for an Uber. Overall a very nice stay :) »

« Dates hotel with “compact” rooms. Elevator wasn’t working and couldn’t find parking. Sitens from hospital across the street kept us awake. »

« Nous sommes restées que 30 minutes, le temps d'essayer de trouver une solution aux centaines de mouches dans la chambre et de demander un remboursement total. L'hôtel n'était pas un endroit sécuritaire pour 2 femmes début trentaine, dans un secteur plus défavorisé de kansas city (independence). Le personnel de l'hôtel l'a bien compris et n'a eu aucun problème à nous rembourser la totalité des frais. »

« Si on arrive au petit déjeuner vers 8.30 il ne reste presque plus rien…plus de yaourt, il a fallu demander qu il remette du café , de la pâte pour les gaufres, .. nous sommes restés 4 nuits et la chambre n a jamais été faite ! Vraiment déçu ! Heureusement le personnel de l accueil est sympathique ! »

« This property is under renovation to become a Hilton Spark. As of May 2026, there is no way to ignore renovations. The lobby and room hallway had a distinct odor that was very strong. Rooms look to be recently updated and also had a strong scent of paint. The doors and walls and very thin and you can hear all noise and conversations in the night. The overall cleanliness of the room minus the smell was acceptable. Beds are on the firm side. There are 2 small parking lots available in the front...
