« The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night »

« The floor was extremely dirty. White Sox turned black just walking on the floor. Food left in the microwave and an onion ring under the chair.
Walls are thin and didnt help the room next door had the TV volume up really high.
Than there was the fire Alarm that went off for a few seconds.

« I booked a single queen and the room was extremely small to the point that I felt claustrophobic. Most of the room was taken up by large built-in furniture that didn’t seem to really have any purpose other than taking up space. The mini fridge rattled throughout the night and woke me up multiple times. The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work. There is free breakfast every day, but the hot options are not very appetizing.
