« We booked Melissa’s listing last minute when the weather turned bad for us to cross back to Florida after staying in Elbow Cay for a few days. We are exceedingly beyond happy with this property! There was an included boat slip that easily accommodated our 34ft boat. It was incredibly safe feeling. The bestest part was that there was a commercial ice machine on property! « Everything was perfect- from booking, questions before arrival, arrival and our time there! We were two families (4 adults and 3 children, ages 3, 3 and 7) and the house was the perfect size and layout for us. The house felt clean, the beds were comfy and the house was well stocked with plates, glassware, kitchen utensils, etc. The view couldn't be beat. We've been to GTC many times and this was one of our top stays. Thank you, Brooke and Amanda! »

« The house was very clean and has been renovated. The area was very quiet and relaxing. Coin laundry is right next door (don't bring a roll of quarters because you have to buy tokens). The pool area was always clean and the beach was wonderful with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. Great place to stay! »

« Flamingo Villa was awesome. Being able to keep your boat right next to the house makes it really convenient for kids/family/fishing. Beautiful views in every room and a great spot to watch the sunset. Walk to golf carts is very quick and cute. Super close to the lower public dock for ferry.Caretakers were really helpful and nice. Elbow Cay Properties were really easy to work with and very informational. Cannot wait to go back! »
