Mancanza di tutti gli accessori per la 5° persona e soprattutto il materasso del divano letto non era più un materasso idoneo e si sentiva tutta la struttura del letto. Il problema che non avendo una reception per ogni situazione ho dovuto chiamare e devo dire che mi hanno subito risposto gentilmente cercando di risolvere il problema.
