"Went in the morning and was told no reservation found . Had to call Hotels.com and who chased on my behalf. No English speaking reception staff - had to use google translate in the end and a new reception staff found my booking ! Apart from that amazing hotel quality / service /decor /location couldn’t fault . The lights were a bit dim in the room and no wii fii in the room. Had to go to common area for wifi which was a little inconvenient ."
