« A notre arrivée il n y avait plus de chambre non fumeur malgré la réservation non fumeur. Apres négociation on nous en a finalement trouvé une, mais c était pareil. Une odeur insoutenable dans la chambre délabrée. Lit propre . Petit déjeuner leger. »

« Musty smell throughout. The have fans blowing in the hallway with air freshener behind them. Breakfast is not good. Biscuits and water gravy. Waffles tasted sour. They have cereal of course Room is musty and mold on walls and ceiling in bathroom. Towels always felt damp. Ac works well but it blows musty air . Shower head comes out of wall at shoulder blade height. Does get hot however. Beds are ok. TV is very small and very limited analog channels. Very fuzzy picture. ...

« My room temperature was ok. Could not get it to a cooler temperature despite resetting it 2 different times throughout the night. I did not sleep well because I could not get cool.
The breakfast left a little to be desired. There were biscuits but no gravy. All of the juices were watered down and the cream cheese for the bagels was chunky. So I had toast with peanut butter because the only jelly available was grape or apple. »

« Room was fine until it rained and my window started not just leaking but water was pouring into the room. Staff moved me into a different room that had a similar problem as the first. Floor by the AC unit was damp the entire stay. No mention of any accommodation for getting moved into a “downgraded” room. Would only plan on staying here if the weather is going to be clear with no possibility of rain at all. Other than that, staff was nice and breakfast wasn’t bad. »
