"The room was clean. The staff were nice. Breakfast was ok. The heat was super loud even on low. We asked for more shampoo and conditioner and they must have forgotten about us. Someone must have blown a breaker. We were out of power in the morning for an hour. Just as I was getting ready for work. Very frustrating as it made me late. Not a nice way to start my day."

Later, the owner did call and apologize, mentioning she was under stress, but the overall experience had already become very upsetting and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this was not the relaxing stay we had planned, and I would not recommend this property based on our experience."
