« La climatisation était brisée. Il faisait environ 30 degrés dans la chambre durant la nuit, ce qui était totalement invivable. Nous avons dû changer d’hôtel en pleine nuit. Aucune des trois machines à glace ne fonctionnait. Le check-in a été d’une lenteur épouvantable. La piscine était très sale, remplie de débris d’arbres, au point où on ne voyait même pas le fond. Très mauvaise expérience. »

« Nous sommes arrivés à 14h20 donc 40mns trop tôt. On nous propose de payer 30 dollars de plus pour accéder à la chambre ou d’attendre 15h soit 40 mns. Nous avons choisi d’attendre. La réceptionniste nous a enregistré et nous a dit qu’elle nous remet les clés dans 40mns. Mdr !!!! La chambre est sale, les draps sont tachés , les taies d’oreillers sont recouverts d’oréoles oranges et les serviettes encore pires !!!! Nous avons payé une nuit avec petit déjeuner et on nous dit que hors...

" La climatisation était brisée. Il faisait environ 30 degrés dans la chambre durant la nuit, ce qui était totalement invivable. Nous avons dû changer d’hôtel en pleine nuit. Aucune des trois machines à glace ne fonctionnait. Le check-in a été d’une lenteur épouvantable. La piscine était très sale, remplie de débris d’arbres, au point où on ne voyait même pas le fond. Très mauvaise expérience."
