The room has great views and the hotel has a great vibe. The staff goes beyond the extra mile for the guest to have an extraordinary experience. Location very close to park entrance. "It was a wonderful historic building. Huge common areas. A wonderful common plus-size kitchen. You are texted access codes for remote check-in with a phone number for friendly assistance if needed. Cook your own breakfast or go across the street for a great breakfast cooked for you at the Suggle Inn. The beds were very comfortable."

"We spent one night in the room with the hot tub and that was fabulous with a very private fabulous view. It was very clean. We spent the next night in the star dome, and while that was a unique experience, the bathroom was outside our room and the path to our dome was gravel rather than cement, which made rolling our luggage very difficult. The staff were very accommodating helpful and it’s a perfect location. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and artistry and luxurious experiences we had. Highly recommended, but a bit pricy."

"To be honest, we were a little anxious when we pulled up as the place looks a bit sketchy from the outside, but as soon as we were inside, we felt at ease. Jamal was the best; going above and beyond for his customers. Always a smile and super helpful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. No breakfast, but always great coffee hot and ready to go. We stayed two nights and had absolutely no complaints. Definitely recommend."

"Our room was clean and comfortable enough for a quick, one night stay. We never saw an employee, as our room key and paperwork were just left out for us on a desk, and we dropped key cards in a box when we left. We were disappointed the restaurant was temporarily closed, as we’d read some good reviews about it. If there were any amenities available (???), we didn’t use them. The bed was comfortable. The shower took a long time to warm up, but once it did, it was good. This was a decent stay for the price and nice to be so close to Capitol Reef."
