"I did not like the area. I did not like that the doors were always closed, that there was a slight gap in the blinds so people could look into my room. It took the lady an hour to find my reservation. There was always loud music playing late at night and sometimes the owner’s kid would cry a lot."

"I liked it and would go back. The service was friendly and helpful despite my awful spanish, they worked with me. Room was clean and comfortable. The taxi they arranged to take me to the airport was prompt and friendly. The food at the restaurant was good. Not fabulous but definitely worth eating. "

"Was really looking forward to staying at a Selina property given the positive feedback I had heard from friends. Immediately upon arriving (after a long journey) I found there to be no hot water in the shower. This was not fixed for 24hrs. I also expected the staff to be more friendly/community focused however this was not the case. I was never invited to the whatsapp group even though I requested to be added and ultimately, will never stay at a selina again. Hostels provide a much better hostel...

"Unfortunately there was an issue with their booking system and, although hotels,com showed that they had 3 nights free, they contacted me the morning of my stay to say they could only accommodate me for 2 nights, and I had to move for that last night, which was a bit annoying. But, saying that, the hotel was very comfortable for those 2 nights, quiet and breakfast was very tasty. And the room was very clean. "

"Norma, Miguel, Alexandra and Allan treated us like family. Nothing was a problem to them. The hotel is right in the heart of Foch Suare, so a little noisy at times but overall good. Miguel even drove us to the airport at 3am on our check out. Extremely reasonable prices! Thank you hotel Quito Antiguo for accommodating my family."

"I really hope Expedia will reconsider representing this facility. The owner of the "Guest House" is never there and does not provide ANY of the items listed on the Expedia website -there is no hot water. -bad odor coming from the toilet. -old stained bedding -no toiletries (we were provided with one soap bar for two weeks stay) -no daily cleaning (he did not do ANY cleaning of the room during our 2 weeks stay, did not even remove the garbage.
